It’s Batman, it’s Superman, it’s… I AM! Theatre 7000 is introducing a new superhero whose story may sound somewhat familiar. This November, as a young boy hears the Bible read for the first time, he imagines what this miracle-man I AM might have been like as a superhero. His overactive imagination will carry the audience into a world of villains, dastardly plots, and guys with capes and superpowers. This combination of computer-generated spectacle and live action on stage utilizes ICMovement’s projection dome for the first time ever. With 360-degree animated environments, aerial performers, moving seats, and 4-D effects such as wind, scent, mist, and snow, the dome theatre will cause audiences to feel as if they are right in the middle of the action.
